Can anyone confirm the DC Circuit court made a ruling? I'm not finding that anywhere. The hearing was just yesterday.

Seems the court was leaning slightly in favor of JW. If this is an inside update then it would seem the judges ruled against Crooked.

Yes, I understand there was a hearing. There has not been a ruling on that hearing, to my knowledge.

I know that's what I am saying. This was one day ago and I do not expect the media to cover it. Politico literally the ONLY one writing about the hearing itself.
