First it exists in the heart of people. Laws could never change your heart. Every country on the planet has had laws against murder. Do we still have murders?
Here's the easiest example of why racism will never end. Jewish people have been hated and reviled for 4,000 years. And that's not ending anytime soon either is it I don't see any marches in the street.

I’d like to point out that despite the longest history of receiving hate and oppression, the Jews are quite successful.
Must suck to try so hard to keep a people down, just to have them rub it in your face with success and total disregard for others well being.
