POTUS has the highest possible clearance of any human being in the country. This is his nuclear football. If he ever thinks there is a possibility that he might be truly ousted and our country seeded back to the commieglobalists irreversibly, I believe he can and will declassify 100 years worth of alphabet agency and government documents to hand the country back to its rightful owners: the people.
I'm not using that term lightly. The ideal path is fixing as much as possible with minimal disturbance of the fundamental fabric of the country. Unleashing a full declassification sort of implies with it that the take back of the country will be messy and involve civil uprising. That's okay, but if it can be avoided it should be.
Furthermore, holding that football without using it gives GEOTUS crazy amounts of leverage (Art of the Deal, pede). If he doesn't think it's necessary to do at this time, which to us seems absolutely insane, then he must know it's still child's play and he has a plan. 45D chess is played by GEOTUS and few others, if any.
I would not say these words about any other human being alive.

The President is not automatically privy to or briefed on everything happening in high security clearance areas. In fact, as a private citizen the candidate would oftentimes not qualify for clearance at all. However:

Not even close bro. That's not how clearance works. There's at least 2 levels (that I know of) above the POTUS.
My dad denied Ike passage (fore to aft) on a flight because he was in the middle of a decrypt that Ike didn't have clearance for.

As commander-in-chief, all military secrets and secret-keepers serve at the whim of the president. If a president so chooses, he or she can more or less learn everything there is to know about anything there is to know.
Even logically, who would be a keeper of a secret that the President wouldn't be allowed to see if he wanted to? That doesn't really make much sense.
I've not found anything that says otherwise, but would be happy to learn more if you source something.
