There is no actual evidence that Colin Kaepernick is a black person. I personally wouldn't be surprised if his biological father was Hispanic or Middle Eastern to be honest. I've never heard a name or person attached to his paternity just kind of assumed that his father was black based on appearance or because he's tall and plays sports. If he was 5'10" instead of 6'2" and worked at Lowe's would we assume he was half black? I'm not so sure.
For some reason it always seems like the people who are the LEAST black in terms of heritage are always the most militant or angry about race issues.
