It seems to be a vast network including stupid and/or naive virtue-signaling white suburbanites who help to fund them. For example, as soon as the racial tensions flared, something called the Minnesota Defense Fund popped up and was promoted by Hollywood elites on social media. This fund is used to pay the bail of the lawless demons who are smashing windows, etc. The dumbbells who pay into it think they are helping poor peaceful protesters who can't afford bail. I imagine there are a lot of these cons going on. The Minnesota Defense Fund raised 20 million in four days.
