Oh its worse than that, my entire client base is companies needing to right the ship after going muh diversity with their product sales and marketing. First step I take is finding all their sales and marketing people on social media, find the woke morons (most of them) and providing a list of people to fire. If they refuse I walk.

I have a performance clause in my contract that if the company prevents actions needed to meet sales/marketing goals I'm allowed to walk and keep my fee.
