A lot of people already left prior to the rioting because of the covid lockdowns. Their cities and state's income was already going to drop because of that. I suspect the rioting will make it much much worse.
This is why all those blue states had a shitfit about not getting federal funding for covid relief. It had nothing to do with covid it was their years of reckless spending coming back to bite them in the ass!
