it's now obvious that investing in american cities (especially blue ones), is a losing financial proposition AND dangerous one. blue mayors and governors refuse to protect their populations with police stand downs and no guard call up

will be like Bladerunner cities...... major corporations that operate there will have their own private security..... the rest of it will be squalor
