it's now obvious that investing in american cities (especially blue ones), is a losing financial proposition AND dangerous one. blue mayors and governors refuse to protect their populations with police stand downs and no guard call up

I think it will be insanely wealthy people who can pay for private security and thugs...normal people are done.
