it's now obvious that investing in american cities (especially blue ones), is a losing financial proposition AND dangerous one. blue mayors and governors refuse to protect their populations with police stand downs and no guard call up

All cities are blue, some are just bluer. And never fear, they will raise taxes across the board and funnel money into our "cultural centers." If private investment fails, it will simply move to public ones. Gotta have Potemkin villages to showcase our civilization's greatness
regardless no business invester in their right mind will touch these areas now. if they raise taxes more they will have a further drain of the middle class
