it's now obvious that investing in american cities (especially blue ones), is a losing financial proposition AND dangerous one. blue mayors and governors refuse to protect their populations with police stand downs and no guard call up

Cities are increasingly unnecessary, and covid proved it. Since a lot of people can live at home and still complete their job, why do we need to live in the same place?

You like the beach? Move to a remote beach.

You like Mountains? We have many, pick one.

You like big horizons? Get thee to Montana.
