Sure, we have heaps of problems (infrastructure, health, corruption, crime etc).
When it comes to 1st world problems like climate change, gender pay gap, white privilege, people in 3rd world countries just look at the US and say "WTF?".
When people are faced with real and basic problems, some issues are not as important.
If we ever lose this battle of ideas in the 1st world, I plan to just go back to my 3rd world country and live my life there.
