"Sending them back" is not an option. Reparations is not an option.

We need actual Understanding.

What is the plan for the riots? "No justice, no peace".... There's no PLAN. Do we just allow riots every night until they're tired of looting all free goods??? Not going to happen. I just don't see an END. There's no one to negotiate with. There's no contingencies. ... How does it stop?
