I was there doing a consultation with Desault on custom falcon 7x (super cool aircraft). It was about 12 or 13 years ago. The client wanted BBQ and one of the techs said "Whole Hog, it's right down by (fill in the black with incoherent hillbilly ramblings) in a strip mall. Is gooood!"
So I went. Now I have to eat there if I pass through town. I have added a couple hours to a drive just to eat their pulled pork.
If I'm ever in little rock again Whole Hog Cafe gets my bbq money.
Yes, I have no idea the color of the owner, but they def have the best bbq in town. I think I’ll eat there for lunch tomorrow!
