The theory could be total bunk, but to me it fills a lot of the gaps, and is entirely in the realm of plausibility, without the need of a massive cover-up conspiracy.
I couldn't stomach the whole video, if that was true why did anyone think murder 1 was off the table? That would show clear and absolute intent, with plenty of time to qualify for premeditation.
