Realize that a sizable portion of the population doesn’t give a single shit about social media. It’s a ridiculously small number of people who tweet the most. Something like 10% of Twitter users make 90% of tweets. Who gives a shit? Live life in the real world with real people.

"Supreme excellence consists of breaking the enemy’s resistance without fighting” - Sun Tzu

"Never attempt to win by force what can be won by deception” - Machiavelli

"A demoralized enemy, is a defeated enemy".

This is exactly what the left wants, to keep people demoralized and accept surrender. And when you're fighting deep in enemy's territory is easy to feel hopeless.

They control Big Tech, MSM, and Academia, and they are unified, while I don't think conservatives are, maybe we have been fighting using the wrong tactics. Something to ponder.

If things turn for the worst, we may end up like those soviet scientists who were against the regime of Stalin but kept their mouths shut, waiting for the eventual collapse.

"Then you know nothing of freedom. For if you did, you would have encouraged us to fight on, not only with our spear but with everything we have.” – Spartan Quote

I am so black pilled right now that I don't even feel like living.

Strongly suggest that you find a therapist or call the suicide hotline.

That having been said, sure, the whole thing can be discouraging. However, the greater the chaos, the greater the positives after we clear the traitors out.

We're living in a war. This is WWIII. We're fighting the Fourth Reich. And because it's an undeclared war, fought through infiltration and subversion, it's hard to fight back.

When life is rough, the best way to go is up.

Find ways to laugh. Look up pre-war comedians (to avoid propaganda).

What is your post-war vision? Start working on it.

Read the New Testament. Build your own character. Talk to God. Develop a personal relationship with Christ.

You don't have to go to church if you don't want to.

But if you want company, check out https://homecongregations.org.

Find a prayer group -- it's all online and people meet by Zoom.

Read books or listen to audiobooks. Ellis has one on How to Stubbornly Refuse to Make Yourself Miserable About Anything.

This is good advice. Keep your spirits up. Either things get better, or you get to go down fighting- worrying doesn't change that, so don't.
