Yeah I did notice a lot of shit leadership. We had officers who talked about progressive politics all the time. Was poison for the subordinates. If you agreed with them on politics I guess you were good but if you did not it was a living hell.

You cant exactly tell your captain to go fuck himself. Abuse of power, abuse of rank. Complaints did nothing.

I was disgusted by it.
