I don't like him at all. Seems like a rat. But his speech at the Press Conference during the chinavirus BS was pretty good. He spoke about how when you elect leaders (Governors), you are electing a manager, to manage in a crisis, and people are finding out they didn't elect very good managers.

He doesn’t seem bad. Maybe a little overconfident in his abilities. He seems like someone if you asked him something specific to do something he would do it decently but probably not a self starter. I mean he’s not going to bring about world peace.
