I don't know about the larping. I really liked Mattis when he was SECDEF and was really looking forward to see him lead our military. When he resigned, that disappointed me greatly. But I just took it as a difference of leadership and on what to do in the middle east. Now this? I can sympathize with what he is saying in regards to the use of the national guard on american soil but at the same time the riots/looting are out of control and cops in general are struggling to deal with it.
he publicly slammed GEOTUS at a sensitive time for our country. This man was on the board of a company that defrauded all its stockholders and portions of the armed forces, that Theranos scandal. He is not our friend. He is not on our side. He is a piece of shit globohomo.
Mattis thinks too highly of himself. He was also completely at odds with Trump’s vision for America. The guy wanted us to stay in Syria, Afghanistan, and everywhere else, as well as not touching our relationship with the EU, to avoid offending them.
He really believes it is our role to be the world’s policeman, and that’s just not what Trump or his supporters want.
As typical of a liberal, he’s also highly emotional and triggered by the usual things. He claims Trump doesn’t want to unite people. It makes me wonder what planet these people are living on since that’s all he does 24/7...
Mattis is into self-preservation and probably thinks Trump will lose in November, so he's re-aligning himself. He's a serpent and the serpent always eats itself.
