He wrote the crime bill that put the knee on the neck of black communities so he will know how to fix it.

Actual argument I heard from a loon the other day.

94
Raindrops1984 94 points ago +95 / -1

Oh, I had a massive argument with a friend who’s heading to the Asheville protests. Asked her what the end goal big win for them is. No idea. Asked her why she’d vote Biden when he’s the biggest racist running in modern history. Gave examples of crime bill, his speech about “you ain’t black”, his corn pop crap, hanging with the Grand. Wizard, etc. She lost it. Full on screaming and shrieking. I’ve never seen her act like that. I’m really starting to believe they are either brainwashed or demonically controlled.

56
Pedeville 56 points ago +57 / -1

When everything you believe in is obvious lies, thats a normal reaction

17
terrichris 17 points ago +18 / -1

When reality is twisted by lieing, there are consequences.

I see this in my own life.

7

yep, cognitive dissonance.

9

People dont like it when they find out they are wrong and have been lapping up the wrong for years. It truly fucks with a persons brain.

6
NostalgicFuturist 6 points ago +7 / -1

I can remember (don't Boomer me, okay?) when religious cults were seen as such a problem that you could get a job as a "de-programmer." (This was a big thing in the 70's.) Parents would hire them to remove (sometimes downright abduct) their brainwashed teenage children, then put them in a room, for hours at a time, day after day, tag-teaming them, doing exactly what Raindrops1984 was doing to his/her friend: "torturing" them with facts and logic and common sense till they just broke down and went sane.

Millennials even in their 30s are emotionally arrested by our dumbed-down education system. They have the emotional maturity of juveniles. They need to be de-programmed even worse than those cult-brainwashed teens of the 70's. Because the cult is nationwide--it is an entire political movement made of emotionally damaged, mentally underdeveloped young people, led by crooks and exploited by corrupt politicians.

Cognitive dissonance is a hell of a drug. Once you embed your beliefs, you defend them with force. You're trying to tell them everything they believe is wrong, all their core values.

A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger. - Proverbs 15:1

16
stratocaster_patriot 16 points ago +17 / -1

This is compounded by safe spaces, organizations, and support groups who sit around telling each other how wonderful and brave they are. They are liberal with their bullshit but not at all liberal in thinking.

14
Scroon 14 points ago +16 / -2

Yes, the Left's belief structure is very much a "house if cards" in that if you challenge one superficial belief, it has a cascade effect that flows all the way down to their central beliefs. Thus if voting for Biden is wrong then everything they've been told is wrong.

That's why they have such a violent reaction to even the slightest disagreement.

Got to watch a girlfriend perform a similar breakdown routine when I dropped some gun control truths in a mall food court. 50 years old and her mind broke. Crying, yelling. Known her for 40 years never seen her lose it over a boyfriend, husband, financial issues etc.

17
WhoWasThatMaskedMan 17 points ago +18 / -1

I've experienced this. She has nothing more than an emotional attachment to the protests and to voting for Biden. She hasn't used reason to reach any conclusions. When challenged with logical questions, she can't regulate those emotions and lashes out. As I said I've experienced this, with children.

9
ShrikeDeCil 9 points ago +10 / -1

"Emotional Thinking"

Common Sense is a learned skill

Our education system appears to revolve around "Emoting" people into positions now that teams of psychologists have re-jiggered it entirely ... and dropped our math and reading levels.

For someone like Jennifer Rubin it's more about furthering the white genocide agenda.

I these people underestimate the amount of people that actually have to work for a living and don’t have time to “march for their lives”.

If anything, I’m even more excited for vote Trump this time because these people haven’t even let up on their multi-year childish-bitch fit screaming. Regular people see unhinged people screeching like mewling pussies and they know better than to support that.

This will be the most enthusiastic circle I'll bubble my whole life. Until DJT Jr comes along at least

10
stratocaster_patriot 10 points ago +10 / -0

But us working people do support that unfortunately. We put stimulus checks in their hands so they can slack of and protest and then we pay for the law enforcement and then the cleanup. They are a net drag on society and need to be deported and caged in on some island off Alaska. Hold protests daily to keep them occupied so they don't realize they are in a massive prison.

"White people can do better."

I wonder if Obama hates half of himself. Does he realize that half of him is a racist piece of shit that needs to do better? Of course not. Like the rest he only identifies as black even though I'm told that's the worst thing you could ever imagine in life. Hey I know I'll identify as black so I can be systemically oppressed dur hur.

13
Trump2024 13 points ago +13 / -0

True dat. I told my bleeding heart liberal friend "if white privilege is a thing why do ALL celebrities, rappers and sportsball players that are half white half black ALWAYS identify as black?" It shut her up.

Equal opportunity is racist and demeaning to POC as it implies their skills and intelligence isn't equal to whites.

7
stratocaster_patriot 7 points ago +7 / -0

6

His white, American ancestors owned slaves, and his black ancestors literally were not from America. It's extremely ironic.

I believe that Wanda Syke's joke at the 2009 WH Corespondents' Dinner will be increasingly relevant in the future:

"I'm proud to be able to say the 'first black President' — that's unless you screw up and then it's going to be, 'What's up with the half white guy?"

Not to mention, lowest black unemployment, under Trump.

Lowest unarmed death of black men by police, under Trump.

Strongest recovery for the nation, under Trump.

I am starting to see a pattern.

14
HeavyVetting 14 points ago +14 / -0

I just saw some propaganda about how blacks are unemployed because racism. I was thinking... hold on... I think I know a guy that was fixing that...

9
americathegr888 9 points ago +10 / -1

The pattern I've noticed is that extending the olive branch to the black community (i.e., the things you've listed) results in being backstabbed shortly after.

9
edxzxz 9 points ago +9 / -0

It's like Jesus said - there's just no pleasing some people.

3
RiverFenix 3 points ago +3 / -0

"We're out of Muh Wine" J-mom (as she was known) said,

“(Damnit Mom!) Woman, why do you involve me?” Jesus replied. “My hour has not yet come.”

5 His mother said to the servants, “Do whatever he tells you.”

6 Nearby stood six stone water jars, the kind used by the Jews for ceremonial washing, each holding from twenty to thirty gallons. (unbeknownst to everyone in the room, the Jews had secretly been selfishly washing in only the finest wine)

7 Jesus said to the servants, “Fill the jars with water”; so they filled them to the brim.

8 Then he told them, “Now draw some out and take it to the master of the banquet.”

"Wow, Sooooooooooooooo Goooood" -Master of the banquet

And from that point on, Jesus was GOAT. (but in all seriousness, Jesus seemed kinda grumpy in this scene)

6
zwiebelsaft 6 points ago +6 / -0

Yeah there are times in the bible where you're kinda surprised Jesus himself didn't say "oh for fucks sake..."

3
RiverFenix 3 points ago +3 / -0

I think Jesus was a pede... he spoke our language and we (as disciples) wouldn't have been offended by a little locker-room talk in order to get a good analogy/point across.

"You want Wine? There's your fucking wine. points finger and miracle happens Now can I get back to what I was saying?" - Jesus

2
zwiebelsaft 2 points ago +2 / -0

Actually I agree. I once went to a PCUSA sermon where the pastor bitched about that scene, saying he could have done something more productive than turn water into wine, and went off on a tangent about global warming and veganism somehow.

I stopped taking that denomination seriously.

4
stratocaster_patriot 4 points ago +4 / -0

Remember when 'pledging to vote' was some king of Nazi tactic when Trump asked people at a really to pledge in the 2016 primary?

5
edxzxz 5 points ago +5 / -0

On a somewhat related note, remember when the Bernie Bros, insisted they'd turn out in such tremendous numbers they'd win Bernie the nomination by a landslide, then less than 19% of them bothered to actually vote in the primaries? Fun times!

1
TheLiquidKnight 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah, but I actually think a pledge to vote is quite effective. I don't think Sanders ever asked his supporters to pledge. He should have.

The greatest trick of Democrats is radicalizing the young voters and making them vote blue. Young voters have no experience in politics and if they do follow politics they maybe only followed it for a few years at best. They don’t see the decades and decades of career politician lies and empty promises, so these promises they make seem legit, because they were never lied to before. The left further radicalized the young vote by controlling social media and popular culture.
