Should I just let this go, or defend my beliefs?
We are writing to convey our heartfelt disappointment and concern about the tragic events of recent weeks and the continuing effects of racism in our society. The killing of George Floyd was heartbreaking and unacceptable. We stand together against hateful acts of discrimination and racism, and we are with all those who have suffered and continue to experience pain.
None of us can stand idly by if we desire to see meaningful change and address systemic problems in our society. That is true also for our role as a higher education provider, where we have a duty and opportunity to make an impact. Calling upon the perspectives of faculty, students, alumni, and staff, we will invite participation in the coming weeks across our institutions to transform our thoughts and our words into action.
To all who feel overwhelmed and demoralized, please know that you have our compassion and support. We have resources for students through our chaplain's office. If you need assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to these resources or through your academic advisor.

Globalism is the Systemic Racism.
AmericanThinker piece
Note: The entire thing is mostly "Emotional Thinking", you can't argue emotional thinking with facts and logic , you need humor, mockery, memes - things that don't go straight into "Discard evil message and shoot messenger" mentally.
Another route is to flip the argument with "The Left's Crucial Fact" at the very end. Requires "Honest entreaty/help me/put your thinking cap on" sort of seriousness.
"So, let me get this straight, a group has XX% ... (long detailed discussion, agreement if possible that's a bad arrangement) ... ok, that's the Asians/Whites/Whatever"
