Not to mention, he had financial interest in a company making mercury-free vaccines, and his medical license was revoked in the UK for his part in this.

He never even tried to say all vaccines are bad, only those containing mercury. The idiot anti-vaxxers grabbed onto his bullshit and ran even further with it than he did.

Over $4B in tax-payer funds has been paid out to vaxx victims over the past few decades.

No one ever mentions that.

.. or the fact that CDC recommended childhood vaccines (schedule) were NEVER tested for safety as a cocktail (all-in-one) shots. Don't tell anyone ;)

I'm not saying there aren't problems with some vaccines. The DTwP vaccine was vicious; I still have some nerve damage in my arm from the one I got in 1975.

But I didn't go running to the government for compensation.

(They withdrew that one, replaced with DTaP which is supposed to be safer.)

DTwP killed more children than mass shootings have.

Strange silence around that.

What I'm saying is there are some very real risks around vaccines and anyone who is unskeptical of Big Pharma and Big Government working together is a clueless dope.

Big Pharma has little to no liability on their vaccine products and they have Big Government mandating them some customers with 3rd party payers.

There's nothing wrong with being skeptical and curious about the pro-vaxx dogma.

Dude, I'm a pharmacist. It is literally my job to be skeptical about what comes out of the pharmaceutical industries. The first thing they taught us in pharmacy school was how to read medical literature, and read between the lines to see what they weren't saying.

This being said, my kids have been immunized with the required vaccines (DTaP, MMR, Hep A/B, meningococcus, et bloody cetera) but none of the optional ones. They haven't had any flu shots (neither have I, I'm licensed to give them but haven't taken one in my life), they're not getting Gardasil until they're 18 and old enough to make that decision for themselves, and they're especially not getting Bill Gates' vaccine, if he ever comes up with one. (As someone around here said, he can't keep viruses out of his own damn OS, how are we supposed to trust him with our bodies?) They were quarantined with my wife when she was home sick with COVID, and with me once I got home from the hospital (and the week before I went). If they didn't catch it from either of us, they're never going to.

(Pet peeve: the term "vaccine" specifically refers to smallpox; it's derived from the Latin name of the cowpox virus, which is what they made that from. Everything else is an immunization, but that's a linguistic battle I've long since lost.)

This was turning into an interesting discussion on vaccines. Please don't call people "idiots" just because they believe something different to you. It undermines your viewpoint and just breeds negative emotions. Calm down and state your case in a more "scientific" manner.
