Is "parents" supposed to include fathers? Does "parents" not include mothers so it needs to be called out separately? That is very strange wording. Genuinely curious?

They don’t want fathers involved. After fifty years of LBJ policies supporting single mother families, fathers are an alien concept.

Is it really the word itself that is offensive though? Or, is it the shade of the speakers skin which determines whether or not outrage is called for?

It's not offensive when it's bringing in all that hip hop $$$ from suburban kids. Or when some academic fraud like Cornel West decides to tell them they "own" the word, so the elite can use it as an income source or PC weapon depending on the day of the week.

It's a word so vile, so offensive, so shocking to the conscience, that you'll only hear it 500 times an hour on any Black hip-hop / rap radio station.

Ive been thinking this for awhile, but if you're called the n word repeatedly from birth to present by your friendly uncles, your moms friends, your role models, what do you think you'll be in the back of your head?

It deflects from the actual racist discussion and politics. Blacks are most concerned about police brutality because blacks must be criminals with a lot of interactions with police. It magically turns some racist bullshit into being “woke”.

Yes - LBJ may have come off as Progressive, but he had the outlook of a Klansman. When some reporters were discussing the late Stewart Symington as Presidential candidate, LBJ popped up with "Stewart Symington? I have a N______ chauffeur who's smarter than Stewart Symington."

Someone should do a campus reform type thing where they pretend these quotes are from Trump from x years ago, then tell them 'yeah I lied, it's actually LBJ, aka the Democrat party's greatest hero. Now what do you think of those quotes and of Democrats in general?'

'Fathers' is racist because most black people don't have them.

^I know this sounds racist, but it's honestly 72%. I'm not saying that as an attack, it's a tragedy that must be resolved.

It's because so many black fathers skip out on their families and BLM wants those absent fathers to swell their ranks, so they try to make them feel welcome by writing bullshit like that in their mission statement.

It means women who are married and possibly the occasional man. They knew that if they put the word "fathers" in that black men would just laugh and be like "nah I'm good".
