Their 'Villages' will one day clash with their other 'Villages' and people in those villages will band together and form 'police forces' and 'armies' to attack each other and enforce customs/norms within their own village, root out traitors/infiltrators, conduct politics/tribunal councils, decree 'some' within the village as elders/founders whereas the latest guy to show up gets to shovel the cow shit because nobody else wants to do it and they all already ' did their time ' supporting the village.. Now it's your turn - and the slaves from the 'village' over who are assholes so [the village] makes them work for free in exchange for not killing them...

These Villages are utopias, because [our village] says they are, and anyone who disagrees is scum who needs to die. [The village] also has a minor problem with systemic nepotism/assholery in our 'police force' and have decided to protest them in whatever spare time, when not performing sexual duties for the elders.
