Jargon is all they learn in college now. That and how to mobilize for a protest. They call this taking action. It takes no skill or dedication of any kind.

I'd say what's different from the nuclear family is that this is a free for all in which everyone is responsible and therefore nobody is. That way nothing is ever any particular person's fault.
