Systemic racism means that the Democrat politicians in Democrat cities are not improving policing controlled by Democrat police unions who fund Democrat politicians to the detriment of the people of their cities who have voted Democrat for 50 years. And it's all the fault of Republicans (like Martin Luther King Jr.) who historically freed the slaves, gave black men the vote and voted to pass Civil Rights laws (against Democrat opposition). And it's the fault of Donald Trump who passed prison reform that Obama never tried to pass and created an economy that increased jobs and wages for people of all colors.
