Capitolism creates massive wealth inequality since those who are successful can capture the full fruits of their labor. However capitalism also moves the vast majority of the population well over the poverty line into comfortable lives. The more you add socialism, the more you "fix" income inequality, but more and more people keep falling below that poverty line. It's crab bucket at a civilization scale, some people would rather be poor together than be comforatable but know somebody else has a bigger TV than them.

On top of that they will go outside of un policed areas to steal and rape and kill in the areas people fled to. It already is starting in St Louis in the last year.
