Well we definitely need to start getting more organized about building strong conservative companies (and communities!). Liberals tend to create their own echo chamber companies, I’ve seen several myself. That may be one of our fundamental issues. We are very individual by nature and they are very tribalistic. I realize there are laws against organizing such things directly, but I’m quite certain they are doing it anyways - Only inviting friends to apply, picking a specific candidate not just because they are qualified (or not?) but because they also “fit in”, running a conservative off the job, etc..
Perhaps you should look for a non racist company to work for if possible.
