Rule of thumb: these types of "donations" are always nothing more than money laundering/slush funds to make the elitists even more wealthy. The money won't be tracked; no one will pay attention to the accounting, least of all ordinary people; it will soon be forgotten; and very little if any of it will ever reach the supposed donees. ALWAYS. ALWAYS. Just assume it.
What do you think they (at least partially) mean when they say, "never let a crisis go to waste"? Good Lord, they've gotten it down to a science! 1) Start a "crisis"; 2) terrorize/distract the people, making them vulnerable to manipulation; 3) claim money (taxes, donations, or both) can solve the crisis; 4) walk away with the loot 5) conduct another "look at the monkey" to distract and make people forget, and stop questions, about the "donations"; and finally 6) rinse and repeat.
We've endured this crap for decades. Anybody else as fed up as I am?
(If Walmart can "donate" $100 mil for anything, they're waaaaaaay overcharging for their Chinese crap. More proof of fraud, as far as I'm concerned.)
This is utter bullshit. Smart on the Walmart accounting team, though. They can effectively write off 100 million that no one will ever be able to track. It’s almost like a fuck you for looting their stores.
Wtf is wrong with these people. Ok, I will take a loan for a million not to be racist. Now where's my fuckung money

Not one more cent will I spend there.
