From Russia, the uranium was presumably sold to NK and Iran, who were both building nuclear weapons to, in turn, be used against the US and probably Canada.

I always laugh when I hear people like him in other countries saying “we see the US on the media and we know what’s going on and we are ashamed of you.” Then you’ll see their media and they’ll tell you that they don’t represent them and they’re making shit up.
