Perkins Coie is based in Seattle. In the 2004, Washington (the state) general election, they defended Christine Gregoire.

The Wikipedia description of that election:

Republican Dino Rossi was declared the winner in the initial automated count and again in the subsequent automated recount. It wasn't until after the third count, a second recount done by hand, that Christine Gregoire, a Democrat, took the lead by a margin of 129 votes.

What happened was, on the third recount, someone "found" a bunch of ballots that put Gregoire over the top, and Perkins Coie provided the "legal" cover for the crime.

Then the mafia (formally known as the "Democratic Party") IMMEDIATELY took a COMPLETE stranglehold on this state and GASLIT EVERYONE, FRADULENTLY, into believing and reinforcing WA as a permablue state!!!

December 2004, Washington State Closest Gubernatorial Race in History Decided Christine Gregoire became Governor by 133 votes after two recounts.

IMMEDIATELY AFTERWARD:

April 2005, Washington State Election Reforms, Vote by Mail Option became Law Election reforms passed as a result of the close Gubernatorial Race of 2004. For example, voters voting at the polls were required to show ID, and election administrators were provided additional time to process ballots after a general election. In addition, counties were given the option of conducting elections entirely by mail, resulting in more than two- thirds of the counties switching to this method of voting.

And suddenly WA was an overwhelmingly blue state?!?!?! After one of the closest elections in US history?!?!?!?

Vote by mail means the ruling party can declare whatever results they desire, without any effective means to detect or prove fraud.
