He won’t be. Even if every new piece of evidence were to show he was doing his job as prescribed by the democratic district, he’s done for life. Trial by riot. Not only has it vastly destroyed any chance at a decent jury. If he does get a reduced sentence or off and proven innocent, he’s fucked for life still.

Imo, with the information we have so far, negligent homicide at best. We will see.
