Any man who cites Islam as having any positivity whatsoever in terms of its treatment of women is NOT playing with a full deck.
Understand that modern day feminism definitely has gone too far -- but his implied "solution" is no better. There was a legitimate reason for the rise of feminism -- case in point -- for those of you who are married with small children -- if you unexpectedly died without life insurance, or huge savings, would you really want an uneducated and thus unemployable wife suddenly thrust into the role of "provider" for your children?
Or, if your daughter married a man and had several small children and he began beating her and cheating on her -- would you like to see her forced to stay simply because there was no option for her to leave?
Perfectly legitimate reasons (such as these) were the reason the women's movement began. It had nothing whatsoever to do with these sexual mating "theories" pyschologists drum up. It had to do with women being treated so badly for so long that they finally said "enough".
The problem came much later when those women who were true mysoginists hijacked the movement. But at its inception, the intention was the freedom not to be starved, beaten, forbidden education, and simply being treated decently as any human being should be.
The person who compiled this video is the very type of man I remember from my youth. Believe me, you do not wish to be him. The key is moderation .
