I actually do think the evidence suggests he did kill himself. If you watch the new Netflix documentary on him, the safe in his new york property contained a bunch of diamonds and fake passports. He was at a hearing to see if he could have his bail set where he offered to hand over his entire net worth for bail. A few days after the judge denied his bail, he died. I think he may have paid the guards or bribed them to let him hang himself because no one had ever committed suicide there before if i remember correctly. I definitely think he killed himself when he realized his escape plan wasn’t gonna work. The fake passport and diamond thing was never mentioned anywhere that i saw beforehand and that is a clear indicator to me that he was gonna try to disappear and start a new life somewhere.
