Earlier today, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo called for criminal charges to be made against the officers. I am pretty sure the cops are going to get fired anyways, maybe even charged, and IMHO they did nothing wrong.
I can't find anything about his condition now, which I would think should not be hard considering he's bleeding from his ear. I would think the media would want to follow up and have more details if it was legit. Maybe i just missed them but a quick search was not enough to find any, and due to the obvious lack of honesty in the media I am certainly not going to just assume this is real without someone being willing to put their name to some sort of diagnosis of this guys injuries.
It reminds me of the secret service on the first night. They were standing there dutifully silent protecting the White House while these asshole black lives matter/antifa rioters were screaming obscenities and spitting on them. I think the stumble backwards was fake/exaggerated but he didn't know his surrounding and tripped over the ball thing with the square base. I'd also like to note that the camera doesn't follow the guy but stays on the police until the guy was on the ground then it panned.

We must have seen different videos because I see the man approach the officer and with a cell phone in hand, wave that hand near the officer's firearm. At the very least he is attempting to stop that police officer by blocking his path as the officer is walking towards the riot. I stand by my original statement- the officer did nothing wrong.

If I pushed someone and they fell and got injured, I would be liable. Full stop. Cops in riot gear should not feel threatened by one protestor when they are in full riot gear, or ever. If the first response to a person reaching for your weapon is “shove away” regardless of circumstances than your training is wrong or you need your head examined. Elbows were fully locked and you can clearly see the slight force used when pushing outwards. The angle just appears he is at first glance shoved. The loser is an antifa agitator and he does this for a reason. He purposefully engaged police as they moved forward ordering everyone to step back/clear the way. Despite the protestors ideas, all Americans have their 1st amendment rights to speak, regardless of bullshit curfews. Should the man have gotten in the face of the cop?
