Yep, it's blackmail, pure and simple.
And it wouldn't even work. America is already paying those violent communities through the nose via welfare and affirmative action, and it hasn't helped one bit. In fact, things are getting worse. There's plenty of poverty among all ethnic groups, but only a few of them are committing crimes in such high numbers. Poverty has little-to-nothing to do with crime or violence. If anything, giving more money to those groups, and therefore completely removing the necessity for them to work, would free up even more time for them to commit crime and violence.

Agreed, even before they were invaded with "refugees", their governments were still steeped in socialism, which helps explain why the media has been singing their praises so much over the last several decades. And their low crime stats were never the result of their socialist policies, there were so few crimes simply because they hadn't yet imported intolerant, violent and incompatible cultures into their midst.
