We have never more needed a well-regulated militia in our nation’s history. Those of us in blue states wishing to defend our communities, businesses and homes find ourselves without confidence to step outside like we observe in free states. This means when our police kneel or our governors refuse to protect us, we are truly at the mercy of the mob. What we could use is an executive order protecting citizens possessing normal capacity (useful) magazines and modern (useful) patterns of rifles. What we have in our states is police that are the only ones legally able to possess useful gear for citizen defense, but lacking the overall manpower or in some cases leadership to do the job. Protect us from prosecution so we may defend ourselves and our communities!
