Huawei will no longer be allowed to use American Technology to create microchips, means China themself cant use Taiwan to create microchip, because it’s american made technology, they cant get Japan, South Korea and others to produce microchips either, as they all use american technology.
Final nail in coffin of Huawei.
Means the current products Huawei have made, will be the last, as you cannot terminate signed contracts.
I don't know how related that is, but China seems to have made a move. They want to trick Huawei phone users to create a Huawei account to run Apps like Whatsapp through instead of the usual Google account.
Although I only have one point of reference, the timing and circumstances are way too preculiar. The Huawei phone autonomeously removed Whatsapp from the Homescreen and if you tried to activate it from the "Tools" section it would prompt you to create the Huawei account if you wanted to continue using the app. Although if you went to the Google Appstore you could update/reinstall it there and it would work as it did before.
Anyone got a similar experience today or yesterday?
