If you have never been to Omaha Beach or Normandy in general. It is one very beautiful place. Extremely peaceful and seeing everything, is when you sit, be quiet and listen to the sound of the waves, see the view US/CAN soldier saw and what the Germans Saw as well. I went there on the 75th anniversary last year.
