I'm literally sitting on the floor crying and shaking from anger after being totally hurt by family members over all this and can't express anything to anyone I'm with at the moment. I have shit I gotta do this week, I need to channel the energy into something positive!!! But how!
As another responder said, exercise is the answer. I like to take a walk outside, just around the neighborhood. Nothing but the sounds around me and my own head.
I personally don't like listening to music while I walk.
