Subversive elements have dug deep into the federal, state and local governments over the last 10 years. Now we have governors and mayors intentionally not protecting law abiding citizens, trying to defund the police, wanting the POTUS to not send or remove the NG, releasing looters and rioters back on to the streets, allowing violent attacks by Antifa.

On the federal level, Sec of Defense Esper undermining POTUS in public, a retired general Mattis along with other generals making subversive statements in public, those same generals encouraging active duty members not to follow the chain of command.
