I'm convinced this is a real thing. Many times when I had been studying or working late and got stuck at a step and just could not solve it, I would "sleep on it" and miraculously have it figured out in the morning. A rested brain better at problem solving? Perhaps, or a subconscious mind that continues working the problem while you rest?
If you read the declassified CIA report on the "Gateway process" developed with the Monroe Institute, they have some wild theories about how brain activity oscillates in and out of unity with "absolute infinity," and how this possibly gives us access to some "extra-normal" abilities. Its a fascinating read.
If you wrench a lot, you should get one, even if it's one of those smaller drill type cordless ones. I got myself a large corded Kobalt from Lowe's, and thing has yet to fail to get a nut or bolt out. It's one of those tools that once you have it, you'll think "why didn't I get one these years ago?!".
Always been intrigued at how certain things can be difficult, math ballet piano etc, yet you can go sleep and have a full motion video(dream) being played that your brain creates.
Scientists still can't explain why animals sleep. From an evolutionary standpoint, sleep does not make sense as it puts the organism at a disadvantage. You would gain 25 years of consciousness if you didn't have to sleep.
Given the effect lack of sleep has it has been hypothesized that sleep (specifically REM sleep) is when the brain encodes memories into long term storage and removes and cleans up other processes. We don't know, but we suspect strongly

He has the best IQ. The haters and losers know it.
It is a real thing, Einstein and others used to do it.

Same thing for that bolt that won't break loose when you are working on your car. Take a 15 minute break come back to it and it comes right off.
its like bending a spoon with your mind 😆
Of course is does, that's what happens when you take a break and come back with the impact gun.
lol. I don't have one.more than likely the WD-40 kicks in.

brains are fuckin crazy. So much shit going on subconsciously, if you can only harness a little of that power...
