That's what got him kicked out of that program. He had multiple complaints against him. No residency program is looking to kick their doctor out, just the opposite. The opportunity cost of selecting candidates is too high. For every spot they often have hundreds of candidates. Once selected they want every resident to finish the program. Any decent program will go to great lengths to keep their residents. So the fact that he got kicked out says a lot!
