Some areas are already like this. It's like the wild west and the cops come later to clean up, take notes, and file the report.Luckily for me and my family we moved out of a ghetto shithole and now live comfortable in an area with nothing more than a sheriff and a handful of deputies. I rather prefer living with a sheriff because he's elected, if we don't like his bullshit we can vote him out. A regular police force is full of a bunch of appointed leaders and when the shit hits the fan it's not the elected officials that appointed these people that take the blame, rest assured. It's surprising that nobody is talking about going back to the days when police leaders were elected officials instead of salaried employees.
I'm a former range master and firearms instructor. Right now, those jobs don't pay for shit, and there's not that many ranges (yet). And that's here in Texas. But demand just might change that dynamic.
