Then he's bleeding out of his ear ... which is odd ... why would he bleed from his ear? You can hear one of the officers call it out "he's bleeding out of his ear, get a medic" & you can also see it if you pause-frame. The mask also appears to have 3 straps. His head also appears to be off the ground in that frame.
I live in Buffalo, can't stand mayor Steve Urkel, but I'm glad he called out this bullshit and seems to be at least not giving in like that cuck in Minneapolis. The Buffalo subreddit is full of leftists trying to get him out of office. They want to run someone further to the left
