Perhaps the definition of “armed” differs in other lists. Squirt guns, spoons, chop sticks, scary looking cellphones, car keys, flashlights... perhaps Tucker is including these as “arms” :-)

Actually, I think Tucker was referencing death by gun shot only. Not strangulation, fist, baton, knife etc.
