The entire premise of cops targeting blacks is bullshit pushed by the race baiting hustlers like BLM. Black death by cops is 2.5X higher per capita but black murder rates are 5X higher per capita. Studies show that cops are more reluctant to shoot a black person these days (likely worried about the shitstorm it would bring).
Another fun statistic. Black on white murder is 10X higher than white on black murder. Where is the WLM movement?!
