Honestly we all need to email the DNC and any D reps in our area advocating for this. Push it far and wide on social media and demand they contact their reps as well. We need to meme this into reality. As Tim Pool said, if Biden runs on disbanding the police, Trump could stop campaigning, go play golf for the next 5 months and still win 538-0.
This is what I have been doing but also how I feel at this point. I lived in lower manhattan, in not a rich neighborhood, and it was the one of the first neighborhood these bastards looted. With nothing left to lose I’ve taken a totally different position on the protests.
Now I am 💯 in support of democrat cities abolishing their police departments. I think this will be literally the only way to stop the violence at this point.
