I think the UK is in a similar position the US where the left have infiltrated parts of society but the people are sick of it and are fighting back, there is a silent majority.
Bear in mind Brexit has officially gone through now (although currently in transition period) and the Conservative government was just handed majority control.

We were in London visiting the WWII museum in 2009 and except for a few touristy areas, it was all weird looking muslims everywhere. It was creepy.

Those poor horses look terrified. The rioters would easily stab them or hurt them any way they could.
I don't know if you saw the video of the incident in the photo, but the officer that's on the ground there was on a horse that got spooked and took off running out of control. The mounted officer was run face first into a traffic light and knocked off her horse that then ran around in the streets and was seen trampling at least one person.
While the other mounted officers were providing cover for the downed officer to be looked after, the crowd started throwing things at the group and even rolled a bicycle under one of the other horses causing it to get a little nervous right next to the downed officer. It could have easily caused that horse to freak out and trample the downed officer.
I have to agree. Horses for crowd control are archaic. People do cruel things to them these days.

Yep! It’s animal abuse to use horses in this capacity. Rioters are not afraid of them anymore and will try to cut their legs or stab them to get them to fall.

Nah mate it was alway partisan. Grew up in Northern Ireland. Westminster news (main BBC) made it look like the only terrorists in the place were the IRA. Like Loyalists didn't kill 40% of the people or anything.

Well back when the NI situation was more serious I was still too young to appreciate things. But now I do. I'm not surprised the BBC would be biased towards UK mainland vs NI separatists, that's pretty much a given since they broadcast from where the crown is. But in terms of international news and coverage, they've completely lost their way. Turn on to their front page right and it's black people only, as if people of other races don't exist. They've just gone overboard with social justice and all that.
As long as they can claim “the majority of the protest is peaceful” they turn a blind eye in support of violence by setting the stage for it.

I love the Largely or especially Mostly Peaceful quote. You could argue that Europe was mostly peaceful during WW2. Outside the front lines, it was cool. What percentage of Europe was fighting at any given moment, 10 maybe 20%. Thats mostly peaceful. The can take mostly peaceful and shove it.

The cops in UK stand by while innocent people get hurt, raped, groomed, and killed, then turn around and protect the predators of those violent crimes. As much as I want to disagree just because I largely support our police here, you're right about the police in the UK. (Though I do believe our police need de-escalation training like the military has, and to bear more responsibility for fuckups.)
