OMG for real. At my Company no one had a 300 PT patch. I got mine. Then a few months later 3 girls had them. I thought it was bullshit that their max was my min. The only part that was harder (slightly) for women was the sit-ups. Even on their standard for the sit-ups I still earned a 300 PT patch. Drove me nuts they would talk about their 300 PT like it was same as mine. Fuck that. Take that shit off.
Later, every single female in my company was pregnant. They got out of everything.
"Private (female soldier), take out the trash (literally waste paper basket)"
"I cant. Im pregnant"
"Oh yea, Private w33tad1d, take out the trash"
WTF. It doesnt even weigh a pound and you walk to end of the hallway.
Only exception I would make for this is pilots. We had "Big Guns" on station multiple time in Iraq and she save our ass a few times...on the ground though...yeah no women please. (She was an Apache pilot btw)
Putting women in the armed forces is a mistake. God created men to be defenders and leaders, women are designed for many other equally important but different roles.
I'll give it two Amens because SINCE WWII, women in my family have served this nation in the military. They served in capacities for which they were uniquely capable, qualified and trained, and they did their duty with honour and courage. They didn't "take a man's place" or try to prove they were tougher; instead they did their jobs and did them well.
